Qualifications

• Master’s level degree in life sciences with 12+ years in pharma/biotech environments.
• Track record leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable impact.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate R&D strategy into prioritized, executable delivery plans.
• Lead priority workstreams for planning discipline, portfolio strategy, governance, and decision quality.
• Define objectives, milestones, KPIs and scorecards to track progress and surface risks.
