Job summary
Early Warning Services LLC is seeking a senior program leader to steer technology-intensive projects from ideation through to in-market realization. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, define roles and processes, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with strategic business objectives.
The role requires extensive experience in Agile/Waterfall, SDLC, and managing multi-disciplinary teams in regulated environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, program management, or CS.
- 15+ years of program/project management experience in matrixed environments.
- Experience with large-scale product launches in financial/regulated industries.
- Proven leadership and ability to coach PMOs.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Drive and manage execution of technology-intensive projects within budget and schedule.
- Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement solutions.
- Establish best practices, templates, and partnerships to improve effectiveness.
- Lead and develop a high-performance PMO team and ensure on-time delivery of milestones.
- Communicate program progress to executives and cross-functional leads.
- Manage interrelated workstreams and dependencies to align with strategic objectives.
