Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead very large, complex programs consisting of interrelated projects aimed at strategic business goals. The role requires extensive technical and PMO experience and ability to manage other project managers for successful delivery.

You will establish governance, track progress, manage risk, and ensure milestones are met across the program while aligning with budget and quality objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management and/or Computer Science or related field.
• PMP certification or related certification or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of related experience in program management.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship in business and technical environments.
• Experience in financial institutions or regulated industries and/or software development processes with data processing environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of large, complex programs with interrelated projects to meet strategic goals.
• Manage multiple interrelated projects to align with the program roadmap and resource capacity.
• Oversee governance, risk, and change control to deliver on time and within budget.
• Provide guidance to project managers and cross-project coordination.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risk, and resolve issues to protect value for customers.
• Establish and promote best practices, templates, and tools across the PMO.
• Support audits and ensure compliance across projects within the program.
• Communicate milestones, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership.
