Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a seasoned Program Leader to drive the strategic execution of technology-intensive SaaS programs. The role requires guiding cross-functional teams through SDLC processes, agile and waterfall methods, and large-scale product launches, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.

Hybrid work is available in several major cities; you will partner with executives, manage dependencies, and mentor PMO staff to maximize efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Program Management and/or Computer Science, or related field.
• 15+ years of program/project management experience with proven people leadership.
• Experience in financial institutions or similarly regulated industries and/or software development processes.
• Experience with SDLC, Agile and Waterfall methodologies and leading SaaS product launches.

Responsibilities

• Leads and ensures effective strategic program execution aligned with deliverables.
• Monitors execution performance, anticipates issues, identifies solutions, and drives teams to implement them.
• Establishes best practices, templates, and tools to improve program effectiveness.
• Provides leadership and develops a high-performance team delivering milestones on time and within budget.
• Manages multiple interrelated workstreams to align with business objectives.
• Communicates program progress to executive leadership and cross-functional leads.
