Parts Town, the fastest growing distributor of foodservice equipment parts, seeks a Senior Director, Customer Partnerships to lead a portfolio of national strategic partnerships. You will build deep executive relationships, protect the customer experience, and drive profitable growth through clear plans and disciplined execution.

You will partner with sales, operations, marketing, and technology to deliver solutions that make it easier for customers to do business with Parts Town.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in fast-paced sales or customer partnerships.
• Proven track record leading and growing large national strategic partnerships.
• Able to earn trust with senior executives and stakeholders by listening, communicating clearly, and delivering on commitments.
• Strategic thinker who translates customer insights into focused plans and decisive actions.
• Strong ownership mindset and urgency to manage complex commitments.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of critical national strategic partnerships and own relationship health and customer experience.
• Build deep, trusted relationships with customer executives and stakeholders at all levels.
• Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to maximize sustainable growth.
• Deliver annual sales, margin, and overall contribution objectives while caring for customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that simplify doing business with Parts Town.
• Maintain deep understanding of each customer's business and market landscape.
