Job summary

Parts Town is hiring a Business Development Specialist in the United States with a focus on inside sales and relationship building. You will proactively reach out to customers, forge partnerships, and drive revenue using Parts Town solutions.

You will manage a high volume of calls, learn customer challenges, and leverage the company value proposition to close opportunities while maintaining strong CRM records and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in an inside sales, business development, customer service or account management role.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Proactive, organized, resilient and able to follow through.
• Comfort with learning and presenting Parts Town resources and value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Make 60 outbound calls daily to new and existing customers.
• Identify, cultivate, and build new partnerships nationwide in foodservice and HVAC.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends and customer needs.
• Record all activities in Salesforce CRM for timely reporting.
