Job summary

Eltropy is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineering leader in Santa Clara, CA to scale our solutions engineering team in support of our credit union sales efforts. You will partner with Sales leadership to standardize processes and turn the SE function into a strategic asset that delivers customer value.

This role requires 10+ years in solutions engineering with 3–5 years in leadership, plus strong communication, analytics and the ability to translate complex B2B SaaS for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as Solutions Engineer/Sales Engineer with 3–5 years in leadership.
• Proven experience scaling and growing SE teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to translate complex B2B SaaS into sales messaging.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.
• Willingness to travel ~20–30%.

Responsibilities
