Flexential is seeking a Director of Solutions Engineering to lead technical sales execution across multiple domains in the United States. You will partner with RVPs to drive sales, translate strategy into territory plans, allocate resources, and improve customer outcomes while scaling the field organization.

You will build a high-performing team, enforce standards, and guide technical engagements for regional opportunities and escalations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 10+ years in technology, solution engineering, technical sales, or customer-facing architecture with leadership.
• Proven success leading Solution Engineering teams across markets/territories.
• Ability to prioritize resources and execute across multiple RVP territories.
• Strong business acumen linking technical solutions to customer outcomes and growth.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop Solutions Engineers aligned with the overall engineering process.
• Implement operating standards within domains aligned to sales priorities.
• Accountable for performance, customer outcomes, and pipeline quality.
• Set regional priorities, workforce plans, and resource strategies.
• Recruit, coach, and retain a high‑performing team with clear expectations.
• Participate in annual planning and strategic goal setting for Solutions Engineering.
• Lead regional engagements for strategic accounts and escalations.
• Maintain current portfolio expertise and enable field teams with company messaging.
• Represent Flexential at industry events and monitor market and regulatory signals.
• Provide field intelligence and drive improvements to workflows and tools.
