Job summary

Acxiom seeks a Principal Solution Architect to blend hands-on delivery with executive strategy. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle—from pre-sales to implementation—driving technical excellence and client value in a remote, homebased role.

You will lead enterprise-scale solution design, align with enterprise standards, mentor teams, and stay ahead of AI/ML and real-time data architectures, focusing on CDP initiatives and Snowflake/Databricks.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of combined experience in technical pre-sales and solution implementation.
• 15+ years in client-facing roles, including executive-level engagement.
• 5+ years in data-driven marketing environments (database, direct, or digital).
• Cloud platform expertise (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Snowflake, Databricks or similar data platforms.
• CDP / Customer 360 experience and real-time data processing.
• AI/ML-enabled analytics and enterprise data architectures.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead client leadership and solution strategy across enterprise engagements.
• Own pre-sales activities including discovery, framing, and proposal development.
• Oversee delivery and implementation to ensure scalable, valuable outcomes.
• Mentor architects and promote standard methodologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to influence direction.
