Job summary

Acxiom seeks a Principal Solution Architect to blend hands-on delivery accountability with executive-level strategy. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle—from pre-sales to implementation—driving technical excellence and real client value.

You will lead strategic design across complex engagements, ensure adherence to enterprise standards, and mentor teams while shaping product direction. This remote role supports multiple clients and industries.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of combined experience in technical pre-sales and solution implementation.
• 15+ years in client-facing roles, including executive-level engagement.
• 5+ years in data-driven marketing environments (database, direct, or digital marketing).
• Cloud platform expertise (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Snowflake, Databricks, or similar data platforms; CDP/Customer 360 familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, aligning technical solutions with business objectives and long-term vision.
• Lead solution design for complex, enterprise-scale engagements across multiple clients or industries.
• Own scoping, estimation, and cost modeling for large and complex opportunities.
• Deliver impactful technical presentations tailored to varying stakeholder audiences.
• Own the transition from pre-sales to delivery, ensuring continuity and execution success.
