Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Principal Solution Architect to lead enterprise solution strategy and end-to-end delivery across client environments. This senior role combines hands-on delivery with executive-level guidance to ensure scalable, value-driven outcomes.

You will advise clients on architecture, lead complex solution design, and own pre-sales through implementation, driving technical excellence and business impact.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of combined experience in technical pre-sales and solution implementation.
• 15+ years of experience in client-facing roles, including executive-level engagement.
• 5+ years of experience in data-driven marketing environments (database, direct, or digital marketing).
• Cloud platform expertise (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Snowflake, Databricks, or similar data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, aligning technical solutions with business objectives and long-term vision.
• Lead solution design for complex, enterprise-scale engagements across multiple clients or industries.
• Own scoping, estimation, and cost modeling for large and complex opportunities.
• Lead technical pre-sales activities including discovery, solution framing, and proposal development.
• Own the transition from pre-sales to delivery, ensuring continuity and execution success.
