Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Principal Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale data and marketing technology initiatives within client environments. This role blends hands-on delivery accountability with executive-level strategy to ensure solutions are well designed and realized.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of combined experience in technical pre-sales and solution implementation.
• 15+ years of experience in client-facing roles, including executive-level engagement.
• 5+ years of experience in data-driven marketing environments (database, direct, or digital marketing).
• Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience.
• Cloud platform expertise ( AWS, Azure, or GCP ).
• Snowflake, Databricks, or similar data platforms.
• Real-time data processing architectures.
• Customer Data Platforms (CDP / Customer 360).
• AI/ML-enabled analytics solutions.
• Non-cloud to cloud migration strategies.
• Snowflake, Databricks, or similar data platforms.
• Clean room technologies.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients, align solutions with business objectives and long-term vision.
• Lead enterprise solution design across multiple clients.
• Ensure solutions align with architecture standards and strategy.
• Own pre-sales activities including discovery, solution framing, and proposal development.
• Review and validate proposals for technical integrity, feasibility, risk and alignment to standards.
• Deliver impactful technical presentations tailored to varying stakeholder audiences.
• Own the transition from pre-sales to delivery, ensuring continuity and execution success.
• Provide ongoing leadership and oversight throughout implementation.
• Drive adoption and realization of solutions within client environments.
• Mentor and guide less experienced architects and promote best practices.
