Ladders is seeking a Principal Software Engineer, Product Engineering to shape technical direction across teams and stay deeply engaged in hands-on development of critical product systems. You will partner with Product and Engineering leadership to define long-term strategy, tackle ambiguous technical challenges, and influence how new capabilities are built and scaled.

Location: Remote. Compensation: $160,000 - $200,000 annually.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years designing and evolving large-scale software systems.

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Software Engineer, Product Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.

This role will shape technical direction across multiple teams while staying deeply engaged in hands-on development of critical product systems. You will partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to define long-term strategy, address ambiguous technical challenges, and influence how new capabilities are built and scaled. The position also calls for driving engineering excellence, aligning roadmaps across organizations, and helping bring AI-enabled features and productivity gains into the product experience.

Compensation: $160,000 - $200,000 annually
