You will define roadmaps, drive AI-ready data initiatives, and mentor senior engineers to grow the team in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years in AI/ML engineering, data engineering, or related fields
• 5+ years leading technical teams and influencing stakeholders
• 5+ years in enterprise-scale data or AI initiatives
• 3+ years designing semantic models or knowledge graphs
• 3+ years integrating structured and unstructured data into AI-ready platforms
• Understanding of generative AI and agentic workflows

For our client, we are seeking a Dir, AI/ML Engineering - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This leader will guide the strategy and execution of AI and machine learning engineering capabilities that support enterprise-scale healthcare operations. The role will focus on building the data and semantic foundations needed for generative AI, contextual intelligence, and advanced automation. You will partner closely with technical and business leaders to turn AI priorities into scalable platforms, actionable workflows, and measurable business improvements.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $176,700 – $302,900 annually
