• 3+ years Agile practices.

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Software Development Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This remote role will help shape the long-term strategy for application development while supporting enterprise web solutions that serve critical healthcare needs. The position blends technical leadership with hands-on decision-making across modern full stack development, cloud technologies, and AI-enabled engineering practices. You will partner closely with senior leaders, external stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to guide delivery, strengthen governance, and improve the quality and scalability of application initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in software development leadership and a track record of translating business goals into practical technology solutions.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $106,605 – $213,210 annually

• 3+ years of experience as a full stack developer in Java-based technologies including microservices, FAST API, and Spring Boot
• 3+ years of experience in Agile development practices
• 3+ years of experience using AI tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Amazon Q for software development
