Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Director, Soft Services, on-site in Seattle. You will lead the mailroom and reception programs, shape process improvements, and align soft services to client strategic goals.

This role requires strong leadership, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration across vendors and internal teams. You will drive performance against SLAs and KPIs, manage staff and resources, and implement innovative service delivery models.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Facilities Management or Program Management.
• Proven SME in mailroom/reception or related facilities services.
• Proficient with productivity software (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, SharePoint).
• Strong communication and change-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Set vision and KPIs for the soft services team.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with vendors and client partners.
• Ensure SLA/KPI attainment across mailroom and reception functions.
• Develop strategic plans aligned with client goals and monitor progress.
• Deliver training and coaching plans for program professionals.
