Parry Labs seeks a Senior Director, Growth to own the Army autonomy and formation integration campaign. You will manage the plan, customer contacts, and events calendar, and drive growth from prototype work to funded programs with the Army offices at Fort Belvoir and Detroit Arsenal.

You will lead a cross-functional team to build a qualified pipeline and bookings targets, shaping requirements, and guiding pursuit strategies. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years in defense business development, capture, PM, requirements or acquisition focused on Army ground systems.
• Experience leading a multi-year campaign or account plan with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of closed Army deals.

Responsabilidades

• Own and lead the Army autonomy and formation integration campaign end-to-end.
• Build and carry a qualified pipeline and bookings target.
• Convert field work into funded positions and program of record transitions.
• Shape requirements and paths into programs of record with Army offices and labs.
• Maintain CRM discipline and deliver monthly forecast.
