Job summary

Parry Labs seeks a Senior Director, Growth to lead the Army autonomy and formation integration campaign. You will own the plan, pipeline, and bookings, coordinating with product, engineering, and proposal teams to position FUSION, STRATIA, VIW, and edge compute hardware for Army programs.

This is a senior field role with close ties to the Detroit Arsenal and Army robotics community. The role requires established Army deal experience, strategic thinking, and strong briefing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years of defense business development, capture, program management, requirements, or acquisition experience focused on Army ground systems, robotics, or autonomy, including at least 5 years carrying a bookings target or leading captures.
• Active Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Army autonomy and formation integration campaign plan with customer map and events calendar.
• Own pipeline and bookings targets across CPE Mission Autonomy and program offices.
• Convert field work into funded positions and carry work to programs of record, prototype follow-ons, and production orders.
• Shape requirements and the path into programs of record with Army offices and the Army Applications Laboratory.
• Maintain CRM discipline and deliver accurate monthly forecast of bookings and probability of win.
