Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Services Sales Solutions Architect Senior Director to prescriptively shape, scope, and solution applications and functionality across Salesforce Core/PSS and related clouds.

You will mentor other architects and lead strategic pre-sales initiatives, serving as a trusted advisor to customers and cross-functional teams. The role requires deep platform expertise, strong business value articulation, and the ability to drive successful outcomes across complex engagements,

Qualifications

5+ years of direct experience delivering and/or overseeing applicable solutions.
12+ years’ experience delivering consulting services, including team leadership and active involvement in selling professional services.
2+ years of sizing and scoping applicable projects.
Salesforce System Architect Certification (or comparable).
Ability to travel; up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Correctly scope projects (people, skills, timeframe) to deliver on clients’ requirements.
Provide SME guidance related to Salesforce Core/PSS products across engagements.
Oversee and govern pre-sales solutioning on large multi-cloud implementations.
Align customer success with professional services roadmap to support renewals.
Mentor team members during large, complex scoping efforts.
Lead development of client proposals, SOWs, staffing plans with SMEs.
