Ultra Clean Technology is seeking a Senior Director of Sales in Hayward, CA to lead the regional sales strategy for key semiconductor accounts across the US. You will drive pipeline development, coordinate with operations and engineering, and shape the commercial approach to win high-value opportunities.

The role requires extensive semiconductor sales leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional relationship management to meet ambitious revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 10+ years of semiconductor and/or microelectronics industry experience with emphasis in business development and customer management.
• Proven experience in semiconductor equipment sales, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve UCT goals.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing.
• Forecast sales, budgets, and reports for senior management.
