Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in semiconductor or microelectronics sales or business development.
• Experience influencing decision makers and leading diverse teams.
• Ability to drive revenue and meet GM targets.
• Fast-paced environment and strong communication skills.
• Product development/engineering domain experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own sales strategy and revenue targets for key accounts.
• Lead strategic and tactical account planning and pricing.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and QA to craft solutions.
• Forecast and report sales budgets and forecasts.
• Build voice of customer feedback and develop proposals.
• Drive alliances, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead technical review meetings with key accounts.
• Travel to client sites in the US as needed.
