The role spans Finance, Sales Operations and Technology, requiring expertise in SQL, ETL, Power BI, and SOX controls, with a track record of delivering scalable, auditable solutions. Remote option available.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Sales Compensation, Revenue Operations, Data Strategy or related field.
• Proven leader of analytical teams.
• Strong SQL, ETL, and data architecture expertise.
• Hands-on with Python, Alteryx or VBA.
• Deep knowledge of SOX controls, governance, and data quality.
• Proficient in Power BI for executive reporting.
• Experience with Xactly, Anaplan, SAP Commissions or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead data strategy, governance, and architecture for global sales compensation.
• Own accuracy and auditable integrity of commission calculations and reporting.
• Design scalable databases, ETL pipelines, and reporting solutions.
• Develop automated reconciliation workflows and data quality controls.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Tech to drive initiatives.
• Maintain SOX-compliant data governance frameworks and audit trails.
• Deliver Power BI insights to senior leadership.
• Translate complex commercial structures into system-ready solutions.
• Lead and develop a high-performance analytics team.
• Drive continuous process improvement and data-driven decision-making.
