Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales compensation, data architecture, data governance, or financial systems; 2+ years in people leadership.
• Hands-on experience in large-scale database design, schema development, ETL pipelines, SQL querying, automation.
• Automation scripting to design reconciliation pipelines and standardised adjustment workflows.
• SOX-compliant data governance frameworks with automated audit trails and validation models.
• Real-time Power BI reporting and dashboards for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern a centralized, SOX-compliant data platform that serves as the single source of truth for commissions and reporting.
• Lead data quality initiatives: detect anomalies, prevent double-counted revenue, and ensure audit-ready data at scale.
• Manage and develop a team of data and compensation analysts, setting goals and resources.
• Translate complex contracts into structured data frameworks integrated into workflows.
• Collaborate with BI and analytics to shape data warehouse architecture and ETL workflows.
• Present real-time analytics and data-quality metrics to senior leadership and drive adoption of correct processes.
