RadMD, a leading imaging core lab, seeks a highly driven Director/Senior Director, Business Development to identify, pursue, and win new business across pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sectors worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of business development experience within CRO/iCRO or life sciences.
• Proven record of achieving/exceeding annual sales or new business growth objectives.
• Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth through proactive prospecting and opportunity development.
• Identify target pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies aligned with RadMD's growth strategy.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to generate net-new revenue.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and exceed BD objectives.
• Lead proposals, bid defenses, negotiations, and contract closures.
• Ensure smooth transition from BD to project execution after award.
• Build relationships across Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Imaging, Procurement and Leadership.
