This leader will oversee the Referral Services Center and support enterprise priorities across home health and Healthcare at Home as services expand. This high-visibility role focuses on operational excellence, transformation, and scalable growth in home-based care delivery, with hybrid

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare operations, referral management, business development, or related field (required).
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives (required).
• Experience in home health, hospice, home infusion, or post-acute care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the division's referral operations to ensure efficient and effective patient flow.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand referral networks and enhance hospital partnerships.
• Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and marketing teams to ensure referral processes align with patient care objectives.
• Monitor and analyze referral data to identify opportunities for process improvements and growth.
• Establish relationships with external stakeholders to drive referral growth.
• Oversee the development of marketing initiatives to promote hospital services and expand market reach.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and industry standards in referral and business development activities.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to teams, fostering professional growth and enhancing overall performance.
• Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on referral trends, operational efficiency, and business development outcomes.
