This executive will provide strategic, financial, and operational leadership for a large home health division, driving growth and quality outcomes while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of senior Home Health leadership, strong P&L experience, payer relations, and a proven ability to lead managers and change

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in Home Health, Visiting Nurse Services, or a related healthcare setting.
• Strong operational and financial leadership experience, including budget and P&L responsibility.
• Experience overseeing reimbursement, revenue cycle, and payer relationships.
• Knowledge of Medicare Home Health Conditions of Participation, Medicaid/MassHealth, and home health regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated success leading managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change, process improvement, and program growth.
• RN licensure is a plus but not required.

Brine Group Staffing Solutions has been retained to recruit a Division Director, Home Health Services for a well-established, mission-driven healthcare organization serving individuals and families throughout Massachusetts.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced healthcare operations leader to oversee a large and growing home health division while driving strategic growth, operational excellence, financial performance, and quality outcomes.

Position Summary

The Division Director will provide overall operational, financial, and strategic leadership for the Home Health Services division. This executive leader will oversee multiple Clinical Managers and play a key role in organizational planning, performance improvement, workforce development, and business growth.

The organization is seeking a proven leader who can successfully manage change, strengthen operational consistency, and support continued expansion while maintaining exceptional service quality and regulatory compliance.
