Job summary

Brine Group Staffing Solutions partners with a mission-driven Massachusetts healthcare organization to recruit a Division Director, Home Health Services. This executive will provide strategic, financial, and operational leadership for a large home health division, driving growth and quality outcomes while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of senior Home Health leadership, strong P&L experience, payer relations, and a proven ability to lead managers and change

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in Home Health, Visiting Nurse Services, or a related healthcare setting.
• Strong operational and financial leadership experience, including budget and P&L responsibility.
• Experience overseeing reimbursement, revenue cycle, and payer relationships.
• Knowledge of Medicare Home Health Conditions of Participation, Medicaid/MassHealth, and home health regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated success leading managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change, process improvement, and program growth.
• RN licensure is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Home Health Services operations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial management, and P&L performance.
• Direct revenue cycle functions including billing, reimbursement, collections, and denials management.
• Develop and implement growth initiatives and referral strategies.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and leadership development.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare Home Health Conditions of Participation, Medicaid/MassHealth requirements, accreditation standards, and payer contracts.
• Drive quality improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Serve as a key member of the senior leadership team.
