The role is remote with potential future hybrid options near the candidate's metro area. Base pay ranges from $196,732 to $258,211 per year, plus benefits, equity grants, unlimited

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate 4 years of experience.
• 15+ years of experience, with 10+ years in healthcare consulting or a strategic healthcare role.
• 7+ years of experience collaborating and influencing at the executive level.
• 5+ years of experience defining and deploying strategies for organizations at the company level.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep framework and measures for understanding the provider experience and the impact on Oscar’s network.
• Be the voice of and advocate for the provider experience internally and externally.
• Define and shape the Oscar Provider Experience strategy and roadmap with cross-functional leaders.
• Lead the execution of multiple high-visibility strategic projects and operationalize recommendations.
• Foster relationships with SMEs and functional leaders across Oscar to align around the strategic vision.
• Communicate goals and findings effectively and drive organizational change management.
• Maintain healthcare market knowledge, monitor regulatory changes and competitor models.
• Leverage data for insights, root-cause analysis and ROI assessments.
• Recruit, lead and develop a high-impact team dedicated to delivering outcomes.
