Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of related experience.
• 15+ years of experience, with 10+ in healthcare consulting or a strategic role in the healthcare industry.
• 7+ years collaborating and influencing at the executive level.
• 5+ years defining and deploying strategies for organizations at the company level.
• Master's degree from a top-tier program in business, health administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop framework and measures for understanding provider experience and its impact on Oscar's network.
• Be the voice of the provider experience internally and externally.
• Define and shape the Oscar Provider Experience strategy and roadmap.
• Lead execution of multiple high-visibility strategic projects with cross-functional partners.
• Foster relationships with SMEs and leaders to align on strategic vision.
• Communicate goals and findings and drive change management.
