Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Senior Director for Provider Experience to own the provider experience strategy and roadmap, and to collaborate across the organization to deliver high-impact outcomes. This remote role is open to candidates residing in Dallas, TX and may evolve toward hybrid work.

The position reports to the Vice President of Provider Integration & Experience, with a base pay range of $196,732-$258,211 per year plus benefits, bonuses, and equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate 4 years of experience.
• 15+ years experience, with 10+ of those years in healthcare consulting or a strategic role in the healthcare industry.
• 7+ years experience collaborating and influencing at the executive level
• 5+ years experience defining and deploying strategies for organizations at the company level
• Master's degree from top-tier program in business, health administration, or related field

Responsibilities

• Develop deep framework and measures for understanding the provider experience and the impact on Oscar's network.
• Be the voice of and advocate for the provider experience internally and externally.
• Define and shape the Oscar Provider Experience strategy and roadmap with cross-functional leaders.
• Lead multiple high-visibility strategic projects and operationalize recommendations.
• Foster relationships with SMEs and leaders across Oscar to align on vision.
• Communicate goals and findings and drive change management.
• Maintain healthcare market knowledge and monitor regulatory changes and competitor models.
• Use data to drive insights, root cause analysis and ROI assessments.
• Recruit, lead and develop a strong team dedicated to delivering high impact outcomes.
