Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years experience in healthcare/strategy.
• 15+ years in healthcare consulting or strategic roles.
• 7+ years collaborating at the executive level.
• 5+ years defining and deploying corporate strategies.
• Master's degree in business, health administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop framework and measures for provider experience and its impact on Oscar's network.
• Be the voice of the provider experience internally and externally.
• Define and shape Oscar Provider Experience strategy and roadmap.
• Lead multiple high-visibility strategic projects with cross-functional teams.
• Foster relationships with SMEs and leaders to drive alignment on vision.
• Communicate goals and findings and drive organizational change.
• Maintain healthcare market knowledge and track regulatory changes.
• Leverage data for insights, root-cause analysis, and ROI assessments.
• Recruit, lead, and develop a high-impact team.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
