The role will drive multi-channel excellence, integrating technology with human-centered service to ensure high access, accuracy, and quality for members and providers.

The executive will report to the VP of Member & Provider Programs and lead a broad, remote-capable organization with a focus on scaling, resilience, and performance management.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading large-scale contact center or customer operations.
• 8+ years leading leaders and building high-engagement remote cultures.
• Experience in healthcare, health insurance, or regulated service operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategy, performance, and future readiness of contact center operations.
• Integrate modern technology with human-centered service to achieve high access, accuracy, and quality.
• Direct multi-channel contact center operations across voice and digital channels.
