Reporting to the SVP, this remote role (open to Atlanta-based candidates) offers base pay $196,732–$258,211 per year, with benefits, equity grants, and annual bonuses.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in healthcare operations, provider operations, payer operations, or related fields.
• 7+ years of senior leadership experience leading managers or multi-team functions.
• Experience designing operating models, governance routines, and metrics across teams.
• Strong analytical, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build new functions and operate effectively in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary provider issue resolution organization.
• Build a scalable operating model for escalated provider issues, with intake standards and escalation pathways.
• Oversee high-impact provider issue resolution across multiple teams.
• Partner with Claims, Network, Utilization Management, and others to improve handoffs and reduce escalations.
• Drive root-cause remediation and enterprise ROI-focused improvements.
• Establish closed-loop tracking to address root causes and recurring friction.
• Create executive-ready reporting on trends, health risks, blockers and decisions.
