Oscar Health is hiring a Senior Director for Provider Experience to develop and execute a strategic roadmap across cross-functional teams. This remote role welcomes candidates nationwide, with potential future hybrid work in the candidate's metro area.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or commensurate 4 years of experience.
15+ years experience, with 10+ years in healthcare consulting or a strategic healthcare role.
7+ years experience collaborating and influencing at the executive level.
5+ years experience defining and deploying strategies at the company level.

Responsibilities

Develop framework to understand provider experience and its impact on Oscar's network.
Advocate for provider experience internally and externally.
Define and shape the Oscar Provider Experience strategy and roadmap.
Lead multiple high-visibility strategic projects with cross-functional teams.
Foster relationships and drive alignment on the strategic vision.
Communicate goals and findings to drive organizational change.
