Responsibilities include setting service strategy, executive sponsorship, overseeing Directors, and driving talent and capability development to support client-driven growth and market positioning.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Fifteen or more years of related experience with 5+ years of management experience.
• Advanced project controls skills and exemplary client management abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Set project controls service strategy and delivery models.
• Executive sponsor for key clients and programs.
• Oversee Directors and senior leaders.
• Drive talent strategy, succession planning, and capability development.
• Partner with leadership to drive revenue growth.
• Influence market positioning and service innovation.
• Handle highly strategic or complex client requirements.
