Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Director of Project & Development Services to lead the project management service line for a designated regional portfolio.

You will drive financial management, client relations, and project operations from design through construction, coordinating a team of PM professionals and external partners. The role reports to regional leadership and focuses on delivering exceptional real estate services, maintaining industry leadership, and achieving client objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field. Master's degree preferred. Certification preferred.
• Twelve or more years of related experience with 2 or more years of management experience required.
• Ability to contribute to the strategic direction of the assigned department or practice area.
• Advanced project management skills with expertise in the project management business.
• Expert in client relations, client management and consulting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
• Proficient working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, scheduling and processes.
• Software skills: Microsoft Office applications, MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Regular interface with internal and external clients to ensure successful delivery of project management services and client goals.
• Manage complete financials of projects: budgets, forecasts, cash flow analysis, cost reports.
• Maintain client relationships and manage escalated issues to resolution.
• Lead a team of project management professionals and partners across multiple sites.
• Oversee contract compliance, KPIs, and SLA deliverables.
• Recruit and retain top talent across the service line.
• Oversee capital improvement programs with design and construction processes at multiple sites.
