The role balances technical leadership with people leadership, client advisory duties, and account participation.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with extensive experience in project controls, strong communication, and a track record in managing staff and complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Certification preferred.
• Thirteen or more years of related experience with 2+ years of management experience required.
• Ability to contribute to strategic direction of the department or practice area.
• Advanced project controls skills.
• Expert in client relations, management and consulting.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
• Expertise using cost and schedule management software.
• Experience in construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial or related field.
• Exemplary communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide portfolio-level oversight of project controls delivery.
• Establish delivery strategies, controls frameworks, and governance structures.
• Serve as senior advisor to client stakeholders.
• Mentor and oversee Managers and Senior Project Controls staff.
• Influence staffing, resourcing, and delivery models.
• Contribute to internal tools, standards, and process improvements.
