Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Sr. Director of Project & Development Services to lead the project management service line for a regional portfolio.

You will manage finances, client relations, and project operations, guiding a team of PM professionals and partners to deliver outcomes for clients. As a core member of the regional leadership, you will drive service excellence, recruit top talent, and push Cushman & Wakefield’s thought leadership across multi-site capital improvement programs while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Admin or related field.
• 12+ years of related experience with 2+ years of management experience required.
• Advanced project management skills with strong client relations and consulting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Regular interface with internal and external clients to ensure successful delivery of project management services and client goals.
• Act with fiduciary responsibility to client projects including budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis.
• Maintain client relationships and manage escalated issues to resolution.
• Oversee a broad range of project types and operate in complex environments.
• Lead and develop staff, ensure policy adherence, and motivate the team.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, SLA and KPI metrics.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field

Master's degree preferred

Certification preferred
