Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Director to lead the project management service line for the designated regional portfolio. You will manage financials, client relations, and project operations, guiding a team of PM professionals and partners.

You will collaborate with regional leadership to deliver client solutions and elevate Cushman & Wakefield’s market presence. The role requires extensive PM experience, strong client management, and strategic leadership to ensure successful design,

Qualifications

• Twelve or more years of related experience with 2+ years of management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Advanced project management skills with expertise in the project management business.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients to ensure successful delivery of project management services and achieve client goals.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and cost reports.
• Lead a multidisciplined PM team and manage performance and development.
• Oversee vendor management and contract negotiations with selected vendors/consultants.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and KPI/SLA targets.
