Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Director, Project & Development Services to lead the project management service line for a regional portfolio. You will guide financial management, client relations, and project operations to meet project objectives and client needs.

You will manage design, planning and construction with a multi-disciplinary team and external partners, contributing to the firm’s thought leadership and service excellence regionally.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred; Certification preferred.
• Twelve or more years of related experience with 2+ years of management experience.
• Ability to contribute to strategic direction of the department.
• Advanced project management skills with expertise in the PM business.
• Expert in client relations, client management and consulting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, scheduling and processes.

• Interface with clients to ensure successful delivery of project management services and objectives.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, cash flow analysis, and cost reports.
• Maintain client relationships and resolve escalated issues.
• Demonstrate broad competence across varied project types in complex environments.
• Lead P&P staff, enforce policy, develop talent and motivate the team.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, SLA, and KPI.
