Job summary

Vizient, Inc. seeks a Senior Director, Program Performance for the Northeast Purchasing Coalition (NPC).

You will own program performance, member experience, and cross-functional execution, partnering with NPC sourcing, analytics, and Vizient teams to prioritize, communicate, implement, and measure value. You will lead member engagement, governance, and accountability; build relationships with executive and clinical leaders; develop dashboards and reports; and coach teams to sustain results

Qualifications

• MBA/MPH/MHA degree preferred with strong healthcare domain knowledge.
• Proven ability to engage and influence executive and operational stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record translating strategy into executable plans with clear milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPC’s program-performance framework with goals, plans, and measures.
• Oversee governance structures to monitor NPC programs and drive execution.
