Job summary

Vizient, Inc. seeks a Senior Director, Program Performance for the Northeast Purchasing Coalition (NPC) to lead performance management, execution, and member experience across NPC programs and initiatives.

You will coordinate with NPC sourcing, analytics, and Vizient teams to ensure prioritized, communicated, implemented, measured, and sustained value for members. You will engage leaders across providers, including supply chain, finance, clinical operations, value analysis, and physician

Qualifications

• MBA/MPH/MHA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in healthcare operations, program performance, supply chain, procurement, consulting, group purchasing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPC's program-performance framework with goals, milestones, owners, measures, reporting, and escalation pathways.
• Establish governance to monitor and improve NPC program performance.
• Design and manage NPC committees, workgroups, and forums supporting member engagement and execution.
• Serve as primary member-facing leader and trusted advisor to NPC members and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with executive and operational leaders across provider organizations to advance NPC initiatives.
• Oversee member engagement and performance-accountability processes including scorecards and reviews.
• Coordinate end-to-end execution of NPC initiatives, including prioritization and implementation planning.
• Establish local governance structures to enable timely adoption and sustained results.
• Translate member needs and barriers into actionable recommendations for leadership and delivery teams.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, resolve barriers, and elevate issues.
• Develop and maintain standardized performance-management tools and reporting mechanisms.
• Collaborate with Vizient teams to align strategy, delivery, and communications.
• Support NPC and Vizient tools, analytics, and partnerships to increase member value.
• Foster cross-member collaboration and sharing of best practices.
