Job summary

Vizient, Inc. seeks a Senior Director, Program Performance for the Northeast Purchasing Coalition (NPC). You will lead performance management, governance, and member experience across NPC programs, coordinating with sourcing, analytics, implementation, clinical teams and Vizient partners.

You will engage executive stakeholders, establish dashboards, scorecards, and reports, drive adoption, and ensure value realization through effective governance and cross-member collaboration.

Qualifications

• MBA/MPH/MHA preferred.
• 10+ years in healthcare operations, program performance, or related field.
• 7+ years working with healthcare providers or complex provider organizations.
• Experience leading program performance, implementation, or member-facing initiatives.
• GPO, healthcare supply chain, or purchased services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPC's program-performance framework with goals, milestones, owners, and measures.
• Establish governance to monitor and improve NPC program performance.
• Design and manage NPC forums and workgroups for member engagement and execution.
• Serve as a primary member-facing leader and trusted advisor to NPC members.
• Build relationships with executive and operations leaders to advance NPC initiatives.
• Lead member engagement, scorecards, and routine progress updates.
• Coordinate end-to-end NPC initiative execution including planning and value realization.
• Develop standardized performance-management tools and reporting mechanisms.
