Job summary

Vizient is seeking a Senior Director, Program Performance for the Northeast Purchasing Coalition (NPC). Qualifications

• Ten or more years of relevant experience in healthcare operations, program performance, supply chain, procurement, consulting, group purchasing, or a related field required.
• Seven or more years of experience working with healthcare providers, health systems, or other complex provider organizations preferred.
• Strong project management, facilitation, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills; certified project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPC’s program-performance framework, including performance goals, operating plans, milestones, owners, measures, reporting, and escalation pathways.
• Establish and oversee the processes, routines, and governance structures required to monitor and improve the performance of NPC programs and initiatives.
• Design, implement, and manage NPC operational committees, subcommittees, workgroups, and other forums that support member engagement, accountability, decision-making, and execution.
• Serve as a primary member-facing leader and trusted advisor to NPC members and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with executive, operational, supply chain, finance, clinical, physician, and value analysis leaders to understand member priorities and advance NPC initiatives.
