Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to own the strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for the Product Security org.

You will set a clear vision, drive multi-stakeholder alignment, and partner with Engineering, Data Science, UX, Sales, Marketing, and executives to deliver impactful products. You will lead cross-functional execution, prioritize customer needs, and advance AI-native innovation while defining success metrics and a compelling go-to-market plan.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in cross-functional, matrixed enterprise environments.
• Owned a product or platform end-to-end in B2B SaaS or enterprise software at scale.
• Strong technical foundation; ability to work with engineers on architecture, APIs, data, and integrations.
• Familiar with data analytics and AI/ML; uses AI in work.
• Strategic thinker and execution driver; can set a multi-year vision and unblock sprints.
• Strong agile/scrum and backlog management practices.
• Able to communicate complex technical/data concepts as clear executive narratives.
• Customer-obsessed and build trust with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set a multi-year product vision, sequenced roadmap, and investment priorities.
• Own the product lifecycle from concept to adoption with prioritized requirements and success metrics.
• Build trusted relationships with customers through interviews, telemetry and feedback loops.
• Coordinate across engineering, UX, data science, security, legal, sales, marketing and operations to deliver on time and quality.
• Influence VP/SVP-level stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Drive AI-native innovation by applying AI and agents to the product and team workflows.
• Measure adoption, quality, and business impact with baselines and data-driven prioritization.
• Go-to-market collaboration with Sales and Marketing on launches, positioning and enablement.
• Develop people and teams; coach product managers and manage global/vendor partners.
