Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Senior Director of Security Analytics to lead strategy, development, and operations of security ML capabilities inside our AI-powered security products. You will manage a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and detection engineers, guiding cross-functional product and engineering partners to safeguard identities, networks, and AI services at scale.

• 10+ years of experience in security data science, ML engineering, or building customer-facing security analytics products at scale.
• Experience delivering production ML models in multi-tenant SaaS environments.
• Ability to translate complex security metrics into actionable insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer-facing security analytics roadmap end to end, for AI product defense and threat containment.
• Build safeguards against AI-specific attacks (prompt injection, data exfiltration, model inversion).
• Design analytics with automated containment (adaptive authentication, rate-limiting, session revocation).
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and executives to present security insights and SLAs to leadership.
