Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Security Analytics to own the data science strategy, development, and operation of ML capabilities embedded in our customer-facing security products.

You will lead a team of security data scientists, ML engineers, and detection engineers, coordinating with product and engineering teams to protect identities, networks, and AI-enabled services at scale. You will drive the end-to-end analytics roadmap, translating complex outputs into actionable

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in security data science, ML engineering, or building customer-facing security analytics products at scale.
• Proven track record of shipping production ML models into commercial software platforms across multi-tenant SaaS environments.
• Strong grasp of security-specific data science/ML problems, including imbalanced datasets, model explainability, and adversarial ML evasion.
• Ability to communicate complex statistical concepts to executives and stakeholders clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer-facing security analytics roadmap end to end, driving AI defense, identity, network and API threat prevention.
• Build safeguards against AI-specific attacks, including prompt injection and data exfiltration.
• Design analytics with automated containment mechanisms to neutralize threats without disrupting operations.
• Partner with Product, UX, and leadership to translate results into clear security insights and dashboards.
