Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Salesforce Platform Center of Excellence. You will shape tools and applications that align with platform standards and governance, focusing on security, environments, access, and governance.

You will own the roadmap, partner with cross-functional teams, and mentor peers to elevate product management practice across the team. In this role, you’ll leverage AI tools to synthesize feedback, draft lightweight specs, and prototype with engineering

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or product strategy.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce Platform - security, observability, and governance.
• Track record delivering complex, transformative products on the Salesforce Platform.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams with Agile/Scrum.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven roadmap decisions.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to non-technical audiences.
• At least one Salesforce Platform App Builder, Administrator, or Platform Foundations certification.
• Demonstrated AI fluency with consensus AI tools in PM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal business analysis and use data and user feedback to inform product strategy and prioritize features.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and engage executives to align product development.
• Own the product roadmap and communicate priorities to stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end feature delivery from user research to ship and adoption.
• Mentor other product managers to raise practice standards.
• Use AI tools throughout the product lifecycle for faster prototyping and feedback.
