Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in cross-functional, enterprise environments.
• End-to-end ownership of product or platform areas in B2B SaaS or enterprise software at scale.
• Strong technical foundation; ability to discuss architecture, APIs, data and integrations with engineers.
• Familiar with data analytics and AI/ML; applies AI in work.
• Strategic thinker who can set a 3-year vision and unblock sprints.
• Strong Agile/Scrum and backlog management skills.
• Able to articulate complex technical concepts as executive narratives.
• Customer-obsessed; builds trust with customers, partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define a multi-year product vision, roadmap and investment priorities.
• Own the product lifecycle from concept to adoption with clear success metrics.
• Build trusted relationships with customers via interviews and research; close feedback loop.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across engineering, UX, data science, security, legal, sales, marketing and operations.
• Influence VP/SVP-level stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Drive AI-native innovation; prototype, evaluate and implement ideas.
• Set baselines and metrics for adoption, quality and business impact; use data to prioritize.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market, positioning and enablement.
