Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Director of Security Analytics to own the strategy, development, and operation of data science and ML capabilities within our AI-powered customer security products. Lead a specialized team to safeguard identities, perimeters, and AI products at scale in a SaaS environment.

You will drive end-to-end analytics strategy, partner with product and engineering teams, and communicate insights to executives, shipping production ML models across multi-tenant platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in security data science or ML engineering.
• Experience shipping production ML models in multi-tenant SaaS.
• Ability to translate analytics into security insights for executives.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with product and incident response teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the security analytics roadmap end to end, driving strategy for AI product defense, identity, network and API threat prevention, and adversarial AI threat containment.
• Build native customer-facing safeguards against AI-specific attacks, including prompt injection, model inversion, data poisoning, and exfiltration.
• Design analytics that use automated containment mechanisms to neutralize active threats without disrupting operations.
• Report system performance, model metrics, drift analysis, and threat containment SLAs to leadership.
